What is Your Excuse?– Thoughts for January 8, 2015

Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines.

Robert H. Schuller

Are you the kind of person that sees something that they want, gets real excited about it, decides to “go for it” and then looks for any reason under the sun to not continue? Any reason that comes along to quit, I took.

“I don’t have time”

“I tried, but it didn’t work”

“It’s too hard”

“My family wouldn’t understand why I would want to try this, so what’s the point”

I could go on and on and on……

Just as soon as any little problem came up, as soon as I could find any excuse in the world to stop doing what I knew was good for me, or was going to help me, I stopped. Just stopped and blamed anyone or anything……except myself.

Over the last 9 months or so, I have had to take a good, hard look at myself. And I mean and deep, meaningful look into all of my character defects and had to make a decision that I needed to change, and I needed to change now, and I needed to continue to change every day of my life, one day at a time.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Something had to give. I was 49 years old and just felt completely empty inside. Something had to give.

I would not say it was luck, as I am 100% convinced that it was (and is) God working in my life, but I was fortunate enough to be introduced to new groups of people. People that want what is best for me. People that freely help me to become a better person with the only caveat being, that I be willing to help others that come along that sincerely want to change their life.

I embraced this new group of people with all of my might and I can honestly say that within 6 months, miracles were happening in my life. And I wanted more. My spirituality had been given a complete makeover, which considering it started with practically a blank slate was not that hard, as long as I was willing to make the changes. They would not let me feel sorry for myself and just rest on my laurels, I had to keep working on myself EVERY day. And I did, and the miracles are happening all the time. Not one big huge miracle, but a bunch of little miracles all around me. It was an amazing feeling.

But I also knew that I had to keep growing and learning if I was going to be able to give back, and that is when I stumbled upon a video of a man who had lost nearly everything, but never gave up and just kept working at improving his lot in life. He introduced me to an online franchise business that just made sense. It made setting up and running an online business just sound simple…and FUN!

So I checked it out and the more I looked into it, the more I WANTED IT!

I showed it to my wife as my 7 day trial was running out and told her that I really wanted to do this, and she was willing to support my decision, but I could tell that she was not 100% onboard, until I asked her to go through the same training videos that I had gone through and it happened for her too! We were both ready to jump in with both feet, and we have not regretted one minute of it. The training and the help available is beyond compare. I am on a team that meets at least 3 times a week on a video hangout, we are constantly on Messenger or Skype with each other, sharing our good fortunes or asking and answering questions for others that are just coming on board.

The best part of all of this has been the unbelievable personal development training that was made available to me once I made that final commitment. It was scary at first, but I knew that if I wanted to succeed, that I had to be “All In” and not look back. I understood that not everyone was successful in starting an online business, but I knew that I had to try. Being home with my family and still being able to provide for them is my absolute driving force.

I am sure that everyone has different stories and different reasons for wanting to make money online and that is OK. This system is developed for those that just want to put a couple hours a week in just as well as for someone willing and wanting to do it full time. Results will vary based on the amount of effort that one puts in and of course everyone’s results will vary (See income disclosure at bottom).

If this interests you at all, then I would suggest signing up for the $7/7 day trial. If not completely satisfied then you can walk away with no strings attached and with all your money back, but I really believe that if you are serious about making a change in your life, that you will stick around and let the miracles happen.

About joatmon14

Man in recovery from everything, looking for a little help, inspiration and direction.... Have spent the last 25 years working in big business, getting lost in all the chaos, not feeling like what I did mattered. By no means am I a professional writer nor do I even think I am that good, but it is something I love to do. Getting lost in a world of words, even for just a little while is why I started my blogs. In reality, at the age of 49 I am trying to find my voice. To find my passion. Maybe starting a little late, but better late than never. I write for me, I enjoy reading other's thoughts very much as well and look forward to the day that I can hold an extended, intelligent, meaningful conversation with YOU View all posts by joatmon14
